Downloads that make things easier
Acrobat Reader:  A FREE add on program that allows you to read a file saved in the "pdf" format.  Many companies and individuals are using this to share documents between platforms (PC and Mac) and across systems. 
 
Express Assist: This is a must have for anyone using Outlook Express.  This program will back up your email, address book, favorites. 

Password List:  Download and print this form to keep track of the passwords  you have been assigned or selected.  For example, your email passwords, travel site passwords etc. all in one place.  (You need Acrobat Reader to view this file. ) 

Computer Updates:  Make sure to keep your key programs on your computer (such as Windows, Java, Adobe and Norton) updated.  Your computer integrity and security depend upon regular updates to these programs.

Check cable modem availability:  Click on this link to see if cable modem access through Comcast Broadband is available.  On left hand side click on "Availability" then enter your address and email. 
 
DSL Availability:  Check out At&T's website.
